Here's a quick and easy way to make your images become rainbowed color.

Let's start with this small image.

Create a New Layer
Then click on the arrow on your color pallete and select the following:

Click on the color itself so this will pop up:

Fill it with the gradient.
Select Overlay @ 100%.
